This afternoon at 1:55pm, our little girl Molly Minhee McFarland Brownlee blessed us with her presence. She came at a sturdy 9lbs 5 oz and measured at 20 inches long. She's came into this world with a thick head of black hair and she is quite possibly the most beautiful little girl this world has ever seen (in my humble opinion).
We came into the hospital around 11:30pm on Monday evening and Kari labored throughout the evening. She is amazing! I cannot believe how strong she was throughout the entire labor and pregnancy experience. After she had her water broken, she labored some more but Molly wouldn't cooperate. After 4 hours of pushing, the obstetrician decided to use the vacuum thingy but to no avail. They wheeled Kari into the operating room and out came Molly.
Thank you all so much for all your continued love, support, and prayers. Throughout the entire process, we strongly felt your good thoughts and prayers. THANK YOU!!
She is amazing! What a beautiful smile and such an expressive face. Kari, I am so proud of you!!!!!!! Nick, Kari and Molly, we love you three and are overjoyed that you are beginning this new season of life together.
